We have not seen any damage to parked cars from the soft balls but we recommend applying the distance penalty and moving the ball laterally and back away from parked cars to eliminate close shots.

For avoiding an obstacle or reentering bounds, we recommend a distance penalty where the ball is moved away from the hole the same distance as it is moved laterally.
